Perth Group Fitness classes with a team
of two local instructors, Vikki and Aleisha –  the dynamic duo – teaching Zumba Fitness® in Scarborough, East Perth and also Zumba® and Strong30 in Wanneroo, Western Australia.

Zumba – We teach more than just a Zumba® class. Our routines are full of fun, easy to follow, movements that will have you dancing around for the rest of the day/night!

Strong30 – This program is called Strong Nation™ and was invented by the creators of Zumba Fitness®. This is not a dance fitness class. It is a HIIT style workout that combines Martial Arts, Body Weight conditioning, strength and pilates to give you muscle tone and definition, and it’s only 30 minutes!

One 30 minute class of Strong Nation will leave you sweating, energised and stronger. This class is for you if you are time poor and looking for an efficient way to build lean muscle.

About Aleisha and Vikki: We have been teaching Perth Zumba® Classes since 2012. Come and learn from a couple of original, fun, easy-going Perth girls who are passionate about helping you LOVE YOUR FITNESS!

We take you through a 55 minute moderate impact workout to latin-inspired dance rhythms and other rhythms from around the world such as:

  • Bachata
  • Samba
  • Cumbia
  • Reggaeton
  • ++ And More!

Need a fast and effective workout that builds lean muscle quickly and effectively?  Vikki now also teaches Strong Nation™ 30 minute classes – a program by Zumba® Fitness that combines martial arts, body weight conditioning, plyometrics and pilates to give you a fast and effective workout helping you to build lean muscle. Current Strong30 class is Monday nights 6pm at Lifestyle Fitness Wanneroo
