At Love Your Fitness LYF, Vikki & Aleisha teach more than just a Zumba® class. Our routines are full of fun, easy to follow, movements that will have you dancing around for the rest of the day/night!

At Love Your Fitness LYF, we value your journey above all else and know that progress looks and feels different for every person. We believe exercise should be enjoyed and a celebration of movement and what your body can do, not a punishment for what you ate or making up for your past. Trauma, and stigmatism can prevent you from feeling like you can move freely. At Love Your Fitness LYF hope to give you the opportunity and permit yourself to let go of past mindsets and beliefs around your body.
